Great location near lifts and shops. Our spacious room with balcony was cleaned daily even when we slept in. The buffet meals were delicious and varied, with different themes each evening. The friendly staff were always available with a smile. The breakfast spread was the best we've had in the Alps. We will definitely come back!
Some rooms can be basic and not all are accessible by elevator. The towels could be better, and it would be nice if there was enough soap without having to ask.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing, with a wide range of delicious food that was perfect to start and end the day. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the lift and with a beautiful river nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available with a smile.
The rooms were a bit basic and some could not be accessed with the elevator. slightly better towels and ensuring there is enough soap without asking would have been appreciated.

This hotel has a great location right near the city center and ski lift, making it extremely convenient for both snow enthusiasts and those who want to explore the town. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were friendly and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the basic amenities in the rooms, including the balcony, which offered a lovely view. Additionally, the breakfast spread was satisfying and started the day off on a delicious note.

As a family, we had an amazing stay in a hotel that sits in a prime location. We were just a short walk away from the city center, ski lift, and various restaurants, making our dining options diverse and convenient. the personal in the restaurant was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant dining experience. Our spacious room offered stunning views, and the daily cleaning service maintained its cleanliness. the breakfast spread was the best we've had in the Alps, providing us with a perfect start to our days.
The limited connectivity of the WiFi, which seemed to be an issue throughout the village.

We loved the location of this hotel, right near the city center and ski lift. It was so convenient to be able to walk to restaurants and have easy access to the slopes. The hotel facilities were great, especially the free entrance to the nearby public swimming pool. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.
There was nothing we didn't like.
